becomes mandatory with effect from 1st October,2017

Online submission of Monthly Returns (RE-2) by ANFO Manufacturers holding license
in Form LE-1 (Old Form- 38) under Explosives Rules, 2008

Imp Note : Licensees having more than one Form LE-3 (Form-21/22) licence need not create more than one userid. They can make Indents / Passes and fill up Quarterly Returns for their other Form LE-3 (Form-21/22) licences using the same userid. For this, after login they have to add Doc Keys of these Form LE-3 (Form-21/22) licenses using the link 'Add Doc Key No' which is available in User Profile.
